In the event that you receive an incomplete, damaged, or incorrect order, we kindly request that you contact Yasmin Pharmacy Group’s Hotline immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the products for swift resolution. Please be aware that Yasmin Pharmacy Group cannot be held liable for such delivery issues if notification is not provided within 24 hours of receipt.

In adherence to Ministry of Health regulations, returns or exchanges are only permissible in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect compared to what was initially ordered by the customer.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Please note that Yasmin Pharmacy Group is unable to offer replacements or exchanges for certain medicines in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations.

Damaged Items

Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Yasmin Pharmacy Group. If a product is damaged or defective, we are pleased to replace it at no additional cost provided you notify us within 24 hours of receipt at the nearest branch.

Incorrect Items Ordered

Should you receive a product different from what was ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will promptly arrange for the correct item to be replaced without any additional charges.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered within a minimum of 120 minutes from successful payment. No delivery charges apply, but minimum order amounts may be enforced.
